Alice Flores

Direct Care Staff

My name is Alice Flores. I was born and raised in the San Fernando Valley. Both my parents are from Jalisco Mexico. I am a mom and a wife, I have two beautiful girls who are my world. They motivate me to give the best of me as well to be the best I can be. I love the color purple and my favorite hobbies are to cook and bake. I love experimenting with new flavors and ingredients. Aside from my hobbies, I love to help those in need, which lead me to the field that I am now.

After a couple years working in a residential facility and working with intellectually disabled adults in their home taught me a lot of valuable skills along with helping them be their best. Now I have the opportunity to be at the Life Skills treatment program where I get to use those skills and help our consumers overcome obstacles and go beyond them to reach their goals. My goal as a staffer at Life Skills is to get our consumers at their greatest and be an important role in our community. I love to see their faces of happiness when something is accomplished.
